Life coaching aims to enhance your self-awareness by recognizing your strengths and weaknesses. It empowers you to embrace these aspects and leverage them to achieve your goals.
Remember, you are the only expert in your life - I am here to guide you to a place where you can overcome obstacles and utilize your own abilities to progress your life in the direction you choose.
Will this be hard? Definitely.
Is it achievable? Absolutely.
As an ADHD Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients toward discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you find your best and most authentic self.
My name is Jayme Taylor, and I have been coaching for about 2 years. I have a background in running a mental health ERG, as well as many employee collaboration groups, which led me on the road to coaching.
After much research to better support family members with ADHD, I realized that I should probably pursue evaluation myself. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and have a household full of neurodivergent minds.
I utilize my experiences to help my clients find a better understanding of themselves and lead them on a path to achieving their goals.
Are you working toward a transition in life? Is there a goal you want to achieve, but you just can't figure out what is getting in the way?
I am here to guide you to a place where you can recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and live the life you want.
Do you struggle with focus? Memory? Controlling your emotions?
Are you looking for strategies to combat Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)? Do you suffer from Imposter Syndrome?
Or maybe you just want to know more about ADHD and how it affects you.
Do you have an employee that is struggling?
Coaching can transform your struggling stars into productivity champions!
It has been proven that the cost of hiring, onboarding, and training a new employee is significant. Oftentimes, there are obstacles preventing employees from reaching their best potential. Additionally, performance improvement plans can sometimes backfire, leading to a decline in motivation and productivity. A more supportive approach could be to provide coaching, demonstrating an appreciation for their efforts and worth.
